Team Diva Real Estate Real estate agents Kim V. Colaprete and Chavi M. Hohm hosted a French student with FIUTS in Fall 2008. They had such a wonderful experience that they chose FIUTS as an organization for their for their Community Partnership Program. Coldwell Banker Bain Associates (CBBA) established the Community Partnership Program as a way for the company and its agents to give back to non-profit organizations serving our communities and the arts. Since its conception, CBBA agents have donated over $1,000,000 to non-profit organizations in and around Seattle and the Puget Sound region. Anytime someone affiliated with FIUTS buys or sells a house with Team Diva, Coldwell Banker Bain and I will donate 10% of the commission back to the organization.
